DBTS Wins American Red Cross Desktop Support Services Contract(WASHINGTON, DC) – In March 2006, DBTS, Inc. was awarded a contract with the American Red Cross to offer IT Support Services to all chapters nationwide. As a new Red Cross Partner, DBTS will support their Information Technology Department by providing essential systems and infrastructure services to approximately 851 Chapters across the country. The services that DBTS, Inc. will provide to the American Red Cross include, but are not limited to:
